Boies discusess spending the day with Secretary of Education DeVos, and escaping Disney "unscathed." The Theranos Scandal: David Boies served as a board member and the primary legal counsel for Elizabeth Holmes and her fraudulent blood-testing company, Theranos. Betsy DeVos and her family were among the elite, billionaire investors whom Holmes successfully wooed; the DeVos family invested an estimated $100 million into Theranos, losing virtually all of it when the company collapsed. Boies was actively involved in defending the company while DeVos was an defrauded investor
Following her time in government, Betsy DeVos was sued by defrauded students of for-profit colleges. To protect her from being forced to give a deposition under oath, DeVos hired Jesse Panuccio, a former Trump administration lawyer who works out of David Boies's law firm (Boies Schiller Flexner). Her defense filed emergency petitions through his firm to block her from being questioned.

Richard "Rich" Kahn is Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime financial manager, accountant, and co-executor of his estate. Operating out of his firm HBRK Associates in New York City, Kahn spent over 14 years meticulously tracking Epstein’s sprawling finances, which included organizing large wire transfers, overseeing tax strategies, managing his 64 corporate entities, and processing payments or gifts. When Seed Media Group was heavily bankrolled by Epstein in the mid-2000s, Kahn was the operational "fixer" behind the scenes who executed and reconciled the recurring financial logs and corporate transactions for Epstein’s media venture. While Kahn testified under oath to a House Oversight Committee deposition that he was entirely unaware of Epstein's trafficking and believed his client was simply a legitimate wealth manager, internal DOJ email files document Kahn directly corresponding with Epstein about their financial structures during the exact era Seed Media Group was securing its $60,000 corporate account with Amway.

Dan Adler is a veteran entertainment executive, angel investor, and tech consultant with a three-decade career bridging Hollywood and Silicon Valley. He spent a significant portion of his early career at the Walt Disney Company, where he rose to become the Vice President of Creative Development at Walt Disney Imagineering, before leaving to help launch and head the pioneering New Media division at the elite talent agency CAA (Creative Artists Agency). Because of his unique position connecting major Hollywood talent with early digital media platforms, Adler frequented the exact same elite tech-and-media networking spaces—such as the prominent intellectual "Edge Dinners"—that Jeffrey Epstein heavily funded and weaponized to source business opportunities. It was through this overlapping tech-media ecosystem that Seed Media Group founder Adam Bly pitched Adler to come on board as an early strategic advisor for the company. In 2007, Dan Adler founded an early social media and digital entertainment marketplace called Fanista. He successfully pitched this startup to Alticor, the parent company of Amway. Alticor liked the concept so much that they became Fanista's sole financial backer, investing millions of dollars into the venture. Media analysts at the time explicitly noted that Adler was building the site around "the old Amway model" of relying on personal recommendations to bypass traditional corporate distribution networks

The writer describes herself as a former government contractor employee who filed an employment discrimination charge and lawsuit against IBM in 2010 and 2011. She says a security contractor then labeled her a threat, and that this set off years of surveillance and sabotage. She makes serious criminal allegations against several named private individuals, including that her pregnancy was deliberately ended in 2007 and that children were exploited for blackmail.
She builds on this a much larger truth: that 9/11 and other attacks were part of a decades-long government initiative, that agencies deliberately protect or create terrorists, and that a criminal class uses child exploitation to control politicians. She leans on Peter Dale Scott's writing on the "deep state" and on Nick Bryant's work on the Franklin scandal. Her argument is that Starr was the lawyer for both Prince's company Blackwater and Epstein, and that this pattern is suspicious. She says Starr's career shows a pattern of burying inconvenient matters, and she compares Prince to Osama bin Laden as an intelligence "asset" used to make terror instead of stopping it.

OFFER FROM Anita Von Schoenborn offers Jeffrey Epstein in July 2007, AFTER his initial arrest for soliting prostitution from underage girls in Florida, to coinvest in Pangaea One. Email states the following, "Pangaea One is a global special situations fund which will seek out macro or micro dislocations and make minority control investments. Typically family owned businesses but also corporate distressed/divestment. The team is outstanding and has worked together at AIG for nearly ten years. Their track record is top tier.
There will be no more than 20 investors in the fund. I have introduced them to several of my clients, such as the Sainsbury family, a large Swiss family and a prominent Middle Eastern family and they have all committed.
U.S. investors include Sam Zell, the DeVoss family of Amway, John Malone of Liberty Media, and Hank Greenberg, their former boss and head of AIG. Institutional investors include the IMF pension fund and Dupont."
Pangaea One, Cartesian Capitol Group, RDV Investments of the DeVos family, set up woth conspicuous timing prior to the 2008 global financial crisis. By executing a specific, contrarian private equiry playbook: buying into severely distressed, capital-starved industries at the absolute bottom of the market. Unclear whether or not Epstein invested, however, him being included in the group of 20 potential investors is important to note. DeVos linked firms like RDV Investments and OA Private Capital are preparing currently for another major crash, while expanding their investments through Property and commercial business Insurance via Acrisure, putting them in a unique position to buy out property when national disasters strike, especially over covetted aquifers or mineral reserves. Recently, fellow survivors of the greater Epstein ring blackmail network and I were given the opportunity to tell our stories to a couple independent journalists covering ICE and police brutality protests and resistance action. Victims who experienced the abuse in early childhood are being denied access to representation systematically, with familial traffickers often litigating for defamation combined with intense intimidation tactics.
I would like to thank fellow whistleblowers and the journalists for their bravery and determination as we fight the ripple effects of Christian Nationalism, Scientology, and Project Paperclip. Exposing the ties between sex trafficking, blackmail for national security, DHS and ICE facilities, for-profit corrections and detention centers, and ritualistic mind control and torture is necessary for the public to truly understand the depths of the depravity behind the Epstein Ring and it's purpose throughout the world.

The privileges of an artificial entity shall be determined by the People, through Federal, State, or local law, and shall not be construed to be inherent or inalienable.
Section 2. [Money is Not Free Speech]
Federal, State, and local government shall regulate, limit, or prohibit contributions and expenditures, including a candidate's own contributions and expenditures, to ensure that all citizens, regardless of their economic status, have access to the political process, and that no person gains, as a result of that person's money, substantially more access or ability to influence in any way the election of any candidate for public office or any ballot measure.
Federal, State, and local governments shall require that any permissible contributions and expenditures be publicly disclosed.
